With PerfectFry Plus making healthy meals is easier than ever. Set the right temperature for your food from among eleven different levels between 70°–220° C. Once the desired temperature is reached, the sensor keeps it constant, preventing your food from scorching. PerfectFry Plus is like cooking on cruise control, ensuring healthy results cooked or fried to perfection.¹

Thanks to the intuitive control panel and the supportive lightline, the DirectSelect user interface allows you to select the cooking zones, set the specific power level, and manage additional functions directly, quickly, and easily. For example, we also offer a 70 cm wide cooktop that can be integrated into a 60 cm wide base unit. So it doesn't matter whether your kitchen is large or small, open or closed plan, or whether your cooktop is under a wall unit, a sloping roof, or a window. Bosch cooktops with integrated ventilation module offer total planning flexibility – in any kitchen layout.

Our venting cooktop could possibly also be a very convenient solution for replacing a standard hob-hood-combination in a kitchen. This creates either additional storage space in the upper cabinets, more headroom or new space for shelves, pictures or lamps. First and foremost, it is important to check how the extracted air can be guided (unguided recirculation air mode is possible), how the hob can be integrated into the worktop and how the base cabinet can be converted. The Bosch flat duct system offers maximum flow rates and complete flexibility for both recirculation and duct systems. The compact design also frees up space under the cooktop for storing extra pots and pans. The system elements are designed so that they can be installed in combination with all Bosch ventilation solutions.
