General Terms and Conditions

1. Healthy Homes, Hearty Raya! [“Programme”] is organised by BSH Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. [“the Organiser”].

2. The Programme is a reward promotion and is open to all Malaysia citizens aged 18 years and above at the time of entry with valid identification documents to be provided when requested by the Organiser, Each a “Participant” and collectively, the “Participants”.

3. The Participation period will commence from 25/04/2020 to 31/05/2020 (both dates inclusive) [“the Participation Period”] and the paticipation are based on the highest purchase value. All entries received after the Participation Period will not be accepted and disqualified automatically.

4. The Organiser reserve its rights to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, extend or delete any terms and conditions of this Programme at any time without prior notice and any dispute arising out of this Programme, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute. The Organiser shall not be held liable to compensate and/or indemnify the Participants in any manner whatsoever in connection with this Programme directly and/or indirectly.

Participation Mechanics

1. Any individual(s) purchases of Bosch home appliances in a single receipt during the Participation Period shall be entitled to one entry only.

2. The Programme shall be supported by the original purchase receipt/tax invoice which clearly shows the purchased of Bosch home appliance(s) during the Participation Period (collectively “Participation Documents”).

3. The Participant(s) shall complete the form(s)in full, identifying the claimant’s name, postal address, contact telephone number, email address, and the purchased of Bosch home appliance(s) product’s model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, as well as name and location of the store where the purchase was made. Incomplete form(s) and/or Documents provided by the Participants shall be rejected and disqualified by the Organiser.

4. The Organiser reserve the right to substitute any of the gift shown on the form with another gift of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All gifts are on an first come first serve and “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, transferable, other items or voucher in part or in full.

5. Due to the movement control order (”MCO”) and Covid-19 outbreak, all delivery or collection of the gift(s) will be at a later date and/or after MCO lifted by the Government of Malaysia

Liability and Responsibility

1. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this Programme are the sole responsibility of the Participants.

2. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, loss and damage, claim or accidents, death resulting from their participation in this Programme and/or utilization of the gift and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability whatsoever directly and/or indirectly incur or to be incurred in connection from this Programme.

Personal Information

1. Participants agree to provide their personal information for verification, contact, products delivery and service for the purposes of this Redemption Programme by the Organiser.

2. The Organiser shall with consent of the Participant(s) to contact you on updates on our Bosch products, products delivery and service, promotional and marketing activities, complimentary invitations to baking / cooking classes, special offers, information on culinary events and user tips.

3. We shall comply with the requirements of Persona Data Protection Act 2010 and the relevant regulation thereof. We may, in the course of supplying and delivering the products and services to you, engage any third party service providers who shall be provided with your delivery details. Such third party service providers shall similarly comply with the requirements of Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

4. You may withdraw your consent to provide us with any Personal Information as stipulated herein at any time by notice in writing to us and we will process your request within three (3) to seven (7) business days.
