Arrange an engineer visit.

Before we send an engineer to your home, we will need certain details about your appliance. We will require the appliance's E-NR and FD-NR.

The E-NR is the appliance's model type. The FD-NR number tells us the production details.

Both of these can be found on the appliance rating plate.
