Please enter the model number (E-Nr.), FD and Z-Nr. to get started. Purchase date of appliance would be needed in case of a warranty claim. 

Before you book, kindly take note of the following:

1. If your appliance is covered by an Extended Warranty purchased from Bosch directly or with a retailer, please do not book a repair visit online. Please call our customer care at (603) 7950 9338 to book an appointment.

2. If your appliance is out of warranty, the prevailing repair fee is chargeable upon our engineer's visit. In some cases, your appliance problems can be fixed without the need for a repair with the help of our custome care consultant. Please call our hotline directly to get our step by step guidance before making a booking.
