Enter the Home Connect the app, register an account with your name and e-mail address.
Open the confirmation email, complete your registration, then return to the app again and sign in.

If you can't find your Quick Start Guide, the Pairing Finder can help you to find the correct QR code for your smart appliance in just a few simple steps.
Choose the product category and the appliance that you want to connect with your smartphone.
You will then receive a QR code or a link that takes you to the app to start the pairing process.

The Bosch Home Connect app is TÜV TRUST IT certified, which means that any data exchange between your appliances is highly protected with the highest security standards – and logging on to each appliance is only possible on secure, encrypted Wi-Fi networks.

If you are unable to troubleshoot your appliances, use Remote Diagnostics on the Home Connect app to contact our service ambassadors. They can quickly identify the issues, and help you to fix it – either by yourself, or by sending a technician equipped with the right spare parts.
