*Delivery of the redemption item shall be made within 4-8 weeks from date of receipt of redemption form by Bosch.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. THE YEAR END CAMPAIGN ["Redemption Programme"] is organised by BSH Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. ["the Organiser"].

2. The Redemption Programme is a reward promotion and is open to all Malaysia citizens aged 18 years and above at the time of entry with valid identification documents to be provided when requested by the Organiser, Each a "Participant" and collectively, the "Participants".

3. The Redemption period will commence from 16/11/2018 to 03/02/2019 ["the Redemption Period"] and are based on "while stocks last" basis.

4. The Organiser reserve the right to exercise its discretion to amend, vary, modify, change, suspend, cancel, delete and/or postpone in respect of the Redemption Period and/or the terms and conditions stipulated herein vice versa at any time without prior notice. All entries received after the Redemption Period shall be automatically lapsed and invalid.

5. In the event of dispute arising out of this Redemption Programme, the decision made by the Organiser shall be final and binding onto the parties of the dispute.

Redemption Mechanics:

1. Purchases of Bosch home appliances valued at Tier 1: RM12,888 and above or Tier 2: RM8,888 and above in a single receipt during the Programme period shall be entitled to one Redemption entry only.

2. The Redemption shall be supported by the original purchase receipt / tax invoice which clearly shows the purchased of Bosch home appliance(s) and paid in full within the Redemption Programme period (collectively “Redemption Documents”).

3. The Participants shall complete the redemption form(s)in full, identifying the claimant’s name, postal address, contact telephone number, email address, and the purchased of Bosch home appliance(s) product’s model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, as well as name and location of the store where the purchase was made. Incomplete form(s) and/or Redemption Documents provided by the Participants shall be rejected and disqualified by the Organiser.

4. All Participants shall also abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for the redemption gift.

5. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the redemption gift shown on the form with another gift of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All redemption gifts are redeemed on an first come first serve and “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, transferable, other items or voucher in part or in full.

Liability and Responsibility:

1. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred or to be incurred to participate in this Redemption Programme are the sole responsibility of the Participants.

2. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, loss and damage, claim or accidents, death resulting from their participation in this Redemption Programme and/or utilization of the redemption gift and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability whatsoever directly and/or indirectly incur or to be incurred in connection from this Redemption Programme.

3. Katrin BJ and its affiliates are not affiliated and/or related to Bosch and/or the Organiser and the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any promotion and marketing activities of Katrin BJ and its affiliates in any manner whatsoever.

Personal Information

1. Participants agree to provide their personal information for verification, contact, products delivery and service for the purposes of this Redemption Programme by the Organiser.

2. The Organiser shall with consent of the Participant(s) to contact you on updates on our Bosch products, products delivery and service, promotional and marketing activities, complimentary invitations to baking / cooking classes, special offers, information on culinary events and user tips.

3. We shall comply with the requirements of Persona Data Protection Act 2010 and the relevant regulation thereof. We may, in the course of supplying and delivering the products and services to you, engage any third party service providers who shall be provided with your delivery details. Such third party service providers shall similarly comply with the requirements of Personal Data Protection Act 2010

5. You may withdraw your consent to provide us with any Personal Information as stipulated herein at any time by notice in writing to us and we will process your request within three (3) to seven (7) business days.
