*Delivery of the redemption item shall be made within 4-8 weeks from date of receipt of redemption form by Bosch.
1. GAL-TIME-GET-TOGETHER [“Programme”] is organised by BSH Home Appliances Sdn. Bhd. 711053-H) [“the Organiser”].
2. The Redemption is a reward promotion and is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above as of 01/03/2018 and with valid identification documents [each a “Participant” and collectively, the [“Participants”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of identification documents.
3. The Redemption will run from 08/03/2018 to 31/03/2018 [“the Redemption Period”] and are based on “while stocks last” basis. The Organiser shall reserve the right to suspend and/or postpone the Redemption Period and/or cancel/terminate the Redemption and/or change, amend, delete and/or add to the Redemption Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Redemption Period will be automatically disqualified.
1. Purchases of Bosch home appliances valued at RM 2,000 and above in a single receipt during the Programme period shall be entitled to one Redemption entry only.
2. The Redemption shall be supported by a copy of the original purchase receipt / tax invoice which clearly shows the purchased of Bosch home appliance(s) and paid in full within the Programme period (collectively Redemption Documents). The form must be completed in full, identifying the claimant’s name, postal address, contact telephone number, email address, and the purchased of Bosch home appliance(s) product’s model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, as well as name and location of the store where the purchase was made.
3. Participants shall provide their personal information for verification and contact purposes, failing which the Organiser shall be at liberty to disqualify participation. Personal information provided shall be used for the purposes of this Redemption Programme only, and shall with the consent of a participant be subsequently used to provide him / her with updated information about Bosch home appliances and services.
4. All Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party[ies] arranging and/or providing for the premium gift.
5. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the premium gift shown on the Form with another premium gift of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All premium gifts are redeemed on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for credit, other items or voucher in part or in full.
Liability and Responsibility:
1. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Redemption and to redeem the premium gift are the sole responsibility of the Participants.
2. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in the Redemption and/or utilization of the premium gift and agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any liability.
3. BEN’S and its affiliates are not affiliated with Bosch and BEN’S is not responsible in any way for the promotion.
THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WHICH YOU PROVIDE TO US SHALL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY BY US EITHER :
1. To supply and deliver the products and services acquired / requested by you; and or
2. To contact you, with your express consent, on updates on our Bosch products, service offers and special promotions (including complimentary invitations to baking / cooking classes, special offers, information on culinary events and user tips). We shall at all times comply with the requirements of personal data protection laws prevailing in the Federation of Malaysia. We may, in the course of supplying and delivering the products and services to you, engage third party service providers who shall be provided with your delivery details. Such third party service providers shall similarly comply with the requirements of personal data protection laws prevailing in the Federation of Malaysia. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to us. However, please permit processing time of three (3) business days.
